$22,073.37 JUST SPENT ON A FULL MECHANICAL RESOTRATION! I have receipts for all of this (most of which are attached as photos). You name it and it was done….tranny, motor, hoses, fluids, Carb, brake lines, oil pan, engine mounts, new suspension, brakes, fuel lines, electrical work, windows, top, etc, etc. All the receipts outline all of the work done. Mark at Budget A-1 Transmission center did all the work (303-781-9858). This is a true, documented, expensive mechanical restoration.

This Lincoln is a two owner car originally purchased in Florida then sat in Colorado for 20 years before I pulled it out of a garage and went through everything mechanically. 61,800 ORIGINAL MILES. NO RUST. Rare Maroon, Suicide Door model.

Everything works (Top, radio, seats, front window vents, power antenna, windows, heat, lights, wipers, etc.).

Condition details….

Mechanically it’s a 10. After $22K it better be a ten. Runs better than new….everything works. Does not smoke.

Body is an 8. No rust, no bondo, no accidents. All original sheetmetal. Body is really straight. Doors and hood fit real well. Trunk lid fits ok for older top fabric pulls a little and prevents full flush closure (adjusting the top fixes this)

Paint is a 7. Seems to be the original paint. Some minor dings, etc. Some cracking in paint on the front drivers fender. Looks good from 5 feet but a repaint would make this a show car….

Top is a 6. Older top. Some little tears but functional. New hydraulic valves, etc. top works perfectly. <> Tires are a 9. New. Minimal miles. Hub caps are all in decent shape.

Chrome / Stainless is an 8 ? Real nice. Shines well. No major pitting, etc. Near perfect.

Interior is a 8. Interior shows some signs of use but no major rips, tears, etc. Instrumental dash look brand new. Top of dash has one crack.
